Excellent hotel located in a peaceful area really close to the local shops, the restaurant, and the centre of town ad bar. Compact and updated rooms with a kitchenette area and a kettle. Good and unbeatable location, easy walk to everywhere...

It was so close to shops, river and riverside of Turangi, great location overall. We stayed in an apartment with ample heating.

Staff were friendly and efficient, restaurant food was delicious and we were able to take it back to our room, room was great , sky tv, and huge bed, and a bedroom with 2 singles fit us perfectly.

Sauna was great in terms of temperature but there was not enough room in front of it to put clothes or have a rest. Friendliness of staff was great!
Spa could have been better. Pity the swimming pool was not filled up...

The only complaint if I had to make one is the pillows but then I've found almost all the pillows in N.Z. very uncomfortable as they are too fat
